What to Bring

All of our float and infrared sauna rooms are booked privately. Each room has a shower and we provide towels, soaps, conditioner, tea & water. For the sauna we suggest bringing a water bottle.

Free Parking

We have free 2 hour underground parking in our building. The entrance to the parkade is on 34 Avenue, to the left of CIBC and we are located on the 3rd floor.

Cancellation Policy

Due to limited space and times for scheduled float & sauna sessions, we require at least 4-hours notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling. There is a $20 fee for a missed Sauna, $30 for a missed Hot/Cold & $40 fee for a missed Float.
