HOW TO PREPARE
Cancellation Policy: Due to limited space and times for scheduled float & sauna sessions, we require at least 4-hours notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling. There is a $20 fee for a missed Sauna, $30 for a missed Hot/Cold & $40 fee for a missed Float.
Preparing for Your Float
Avoid caffeine for 3-4 hours before: Coffee and other caffeinated beverages are to stimulating, especially as you’re relaxing during your float.
Avoid shaving/waxing 6 hours before: A fresh shave or skin waxing can sting in the high concentration Epsom salt water.
Avoid drinking too much water before: Being hydrated is important but if you consume too much liquids before your session—you may risk needing to get out and use the facilities during your float. Less interruptions, the better!
Avoid eating a large meal 60-90 minutes before: It’s best to float on an empty stomach so we suggest not eating a large meal right before. If you are hungry before your session opt for a light snack and eat a larger meal after.
If you wear contacts, bring a case: If you happen to get a bit of salt water in your eyes with contacts it can be a bit annoying so we suggest taking out contacts before your session.
No need to bring swimsuit or towels: You'll have everything you need in your own private float suite, including towels, shampoo, body wash, earplugs—and because you float in the NUDE, there are no swim suits required.

All of our services are complimentary so you can certainly stack them into one visit. We recommend doing the sauna first then float. The sauna is a great way to relax and decompress before a float but there’s no hard rule.
If you would like to add a cold plunge it’s best to book it before the sauna. As going from extreme hot to extreme may not be quite taxing on the nervous system and vascular system.
-
Floating - Our float rooms go through a 30 min cleaning cycle in between each use and get’s treated with hydrogen peroxide, ozone and UV.
Sauna - We spray down the sauna with hydrogen peroxide and lay down fresh towels on the bench.
Cold Plunges - Our plunges are continuously being filtered and treated with hydrogen peroxide and ozone.
Preparing for Your Sauna
Drink plenty of water: We encourage you to hydrate well before and during your sauna session!
Remove makeup: To maximize the cleansing effect on pores and glands as well as flushing out toxins and impurities it best to remove makeup before your sauna session.
Come with loose fitting comfortable clothing: It can be a bit of a battle trying to get your clothes back on after a session so bring loose fitting clothing that will be easy to put back.
Avoid eating a large meal 60-90 minutes before: Eating a large meal immediately before your session will force blood to the stomach for digestion which will reduce some of the benefits of the sauna and reduce your heat tolerance.
Bring a water bottle: We provide water and we have small cups for tea after but it’s best to bring your own water bottle.
